PT Hipernet Indodata processes privacy data (PII) in the form of interests such as user registration, service changes, service deletion, communication interests, and marketing for Hypernet Technologies as permitted by Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.

We will use the Customer’s collected private data that are based on and compliant with applicable laws and regulations, as follow:

  3. Support the development of annual privacy information goals based on current information security conditions, issues and prerequisites in order to enhance the organization’s PIMS and privacy information on an ongoing basis.
  4. Fulfill marketing and communication objectives related to Hypernet, along with any other reasonably related purposes.

Type of Privacy Data We Collect

The types of Privacy data we collect include, but are not limited to:

  2. Identification information (National Identity Card (KTP), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), or other government-issued identification)
