Sudianto Oei is the founder and President Director & CEO of Hypernet Technologies.  Sudianto completed his education at Bina Nusantara University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer in 2006. Since undertaking his education, Sudianto has begun to pursue his passion in the field of IT (information and technology) beginning with a business in the form of internet cafes. In 2002, the internet cafe business he founded had a total of 3 branches in Jakarta. Armed with a strong will to develop their businesses, Sudianto and his younger brother Sudino Oei began investing in building their first wireless infrastructure in 2005. In 2007, Sudianto’s internet cafe business was officially established as a legal entity under the name of PT. Hipernet Indodata and known by the public by the name of Hypernet as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company.

As a decision maker in the Hypernet organization, Sudianto understands Hypernet’s responsibility to provide the best IT services for the people of Indonesia. With a spirit to continue to develop, Sudianto Oei led Hypernet to develop a consistent form of service and bring Hypernet into an Indonesian Managed Service Provider.

Sudino Oei is the founder and current Chief Technology Officer of Hypernet. Realizing his passion in information and technology, after completing his education at Bina Nusantara University with a computer degree, Sudino fully joined his brother Sudianto Oei to establish Hypernet Technologies. Sudino is not only responsible for holding the position of Chief Technology Officer, but he is also instrumental in observing the development of IT service demands and needs that occur in the Indonesian industry. Sudino played an important role in expanding the market and developing Hypernet Technologies’ service innovations. Under Sudino’s direction, personnel who are members of the operational department not only actively innovate in the development of services provided by Hypernet Technologies, but the operational team is also directed to be sensitive to information used for innovation in various forms of information and technology services.

With his direction, Sudino has successfully opened up new opportunities for Hypernet Technologies from various industry sectors in Indonesia. These new opportunities have gradually led to Hypernet Technologies realizing its vision to become the MSP (Managed Service Provider) for Indonesia.

Fauzie Rizal is the Chief Financial Officer of Hypernet Technologies with extensive experience in finance. Fauzie graduated from Diponegoro University in Semarang with a degree in Accounting. He began his career at PT LG Electronics Indonesia in Financial Planning.

In 2005, Fauzie decided to move to XL Axiata, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Indonesia. There, Fauzie held several important positions in the Finance area such as Finance Business Analysis, Finance Planning, Reporting, and Corporate Finance. In 2017, Fauzie was assigned to the Commercial Division with the position of Group Head of Commercial Planning and Governance, whose function was as Controller in the Commercial Division.

After XL Axiata acquired Hypernet Technologies, Fauzie was assigned to work at Hypernet Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Fauzie is responsible for the financial and financial performance of the company so that Hypernet can continue to provide the best IT managed services to our customers.
